Shipping policy

All US orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 days, Monday – Friday excluding holidays + weekends.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also access any order or tracking information by logging into your account.

Once we hand your package off to the post office it is out of our control and the post office is responsible for it.  If you have questions regarding the location of your package you will need to contact your local post office or package carrier as soon as possible.

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.  If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you.  If you entered the wrong address contact us as soon as possible and we will update your information.
